Braided Medicine Institute is a developing education and research initiative under AIM Tanzania Company Limited. FOUNDATIONAL RESEARCH PHASE (2026)
The current phase of development focuses on documenting traditional medicinal plant knowledge and healing practices in collaboration with practitioners and community elders in Tanzania. This work includes field documentation, interviews, and plant identification to build a research archive that will inform the Braided Medicine Institute’s future educational programs. The project emphasizes ethical documentation, cultural respect, and cross-cultural knowledge exchange.

About The PRogram founder
Stacey Scott-Msaki
Stacey Scott-Msaki is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and manual therapy with formal training in acupuncture, herbal studies, and integrative wellness education. She is also a classically trained chef and holds an MBA.
As co-founder of AIM Tanzania Company Limited, she leads hospitality, retreats, and wellness initiatives in northern Tanzania. Braided Medicine Institute reflects her long-term commitment to structured education development, responsible documentation of traditional knowledge, and academic collaboration across systems of medicine.
